Zero customer service.

I ordered a two-month supply because I liked what I read about Barkle and its oral cleaning gel. My package arrived quickly, so I was excited to start using the product immediately. Much to my disappointment, I first tube I took out wouldn’t dispense the gel. It seems the dispenser is defective. I opened a second tube which appears to be working properly. I’ve used it several times on my lab and he’s taken to the gel very well.
I’ve naturally reached out to the company at [****]. However, 3 sent emails in eight days to ask for a solution and I’ve yet to hear a response. Very poor customer service.
